LION KING

I've been watching Lion King all weekend. That movie just gets me in so many ways. That was the first DVD my sister and I got when we were little... We know the lines by heart and enjoy watching it again and again.

There are several things I've noticed by watching it now being 15 years old. I finally really listen to the song lyrics and enjoy the quotes and hear the jokes I haven't heard/noticed the last time I watched it.

1. Certain characters make us laugh just by their casual conversations (Zazu, Timon, Pumba, hyenas). The kind of people I would hang out with.

2. Hakuna Matata is a perfect way to cheer someone up no matter what happens.

3. The time Simba spent with Timon and Pumba was like an endless bachelor party. They were eating insects and chillin on the grass.
