the pain you go through while doing math homework

Today I was doing my math homework (or trying to do it or just staring at the book and holding a pen), listening to Lana del Rey and texting my friends from school. Then I thought of this post. I really hate doing my math homework.

Stages of doing math homework:

1. you open your book and still hope you're gonna do it and get a plus or something in school.

2. you write "homework" in your notebook and copy the tasks still thinking everything is gonna work out.

3. you read the task and you don't know anything. Your mind goes completely blank.

4. you're trying to do it, look for the examples and explanations in the book.

5. you get distracted (wow, the wall looks so good. Was that chair always there? Do I need to wash my hair? OMG I totally forgot to send that german homework...) and then you just give up.

6. BUT then this amazing thing happens! Your friend sends you the homework and then you HAVE the homework and it's CORRECT.

7. and you get your plus.

and the next time you'll go through all that pain again.
